For years I've struggled with tummy fat, and nothing I have tried so far has helped.
It's not that I'm overweight or inactive. Even at my peak, when I was exercising maybe 5 or 6 days a week, I still had a little paunch. I've tried a number of exercise and diet approaches, but I'm wondering if there are any other better solutions out there.
I put this site together as a resource for others to share their experience on different products, books, diets, or exercise programs, but mainly I put it together to answer the question: how do I lose tummy fat?
I'd really love to hear your input -- what's working for you? What's not?
