Jason just opened a program for men, and I'm starting my first session today.
My body composition as of Sunday July 3, 2011:
- Weight: 211.4 lbs
- Body Fat %: 31%
- Skeletal Muscle %: 32.3%
- Visceral Fat Level: 12
- BMI: 28.7
I think my biggest challenge will be getting my nutrition right -- I've never known what to do or how to do it.
